With more than 35 years on the water, Brad Robertson has built a career across superyacht operations, in-water safety, diving, marine expeditions and conservation. During this time, he noticed a recurring gap in the way crews were prepared for recreational water activities.
Superyacht training equips crews to deal with many types of maritime emergency, but the practical realities of supervising and rescuing guests in the water require another layer of knowledge and experience.
Brad's approach is simple: don't just teach people what to know. Give them the opportunity to practise what they need to do. Through realistic scenarios, repetition and hands-on training, we help crews develop practical capability they can rely on when it matters.
